Flashback - Chapter 22...
“Are we ready?” Soal Khalish.
“Ready as we will ever be, insyaAllah.”
“Are we happy?” Soal Khalish lagi.
“We are happy as a clam!”
Pecah ketawa Khalish. Terasa damai hatinya.
“Husna mana?”
“Husna dah tidur. Semua dah siap, sayang?”
“Hmm.. tinggal nak siapkan the living room area.” Tempat dimana majlis
akad nikah mereka akan berlansung pada malam esok. Hiasan bilik tidurnya
sudah disiapkan petang tadi.
“Oh ya? Boleh saya datang tengok??” Khalish teruja mencuba nasib.
“No..pe. Awak kena tunggu sampai esok.”
“Alah.. please.. I just want to sneak a peek. I can be there in 30 minutes you
know?” Khalish versi Husna dah keluar.
“Khalish, no..”
“Please sayang… besides I miss seeing you. Dah tiga hari kita tak
jumpa. I will be in and out of there in 5 minutes! I promise!”
“Khalish, N.O!” Kan dah kena huruf besar!
